A Meaningful Visit from the Young Managers Club: “If I Were 20 Years Old Again”

With the aim of fostering social awareness among students and encouraging voluntary solidarity with the elderly, the Young Managers Club visited the Erbaa Ali Özgül Nursing Home. In the first part of the visit, our students asked the residents a thought-provoking question: “If you were 20 years old again, what would you do?”

The heartfelt and sincere answers were written on colorful cards, and students took commemorative photos together with the elderly residents, capturing warm and memorable moments. To enrich the experience, our student Nuri Cansun Ağca gave a short musical performance accompanied by the saz, providing joyful moments for everyone at the facility. This intergenerational visit, which strengthened bonds between young and old while promoting empathy and voluntary connection, was warmly received and greatly appreciated by the residents.
